Your Supply Depot Limited (YSD) can offer a variety of on-site services including product installation, operator training, maintenance and repairs. Manufacturer certified technicians from YSD, can cover everything from unpacking equipment to installing software to the training necessary for system operation, configuration and/or maintenance.
On-site service is available on a time and materials basis for customers who do not have an on-site warranty or a maintenance agreement.
From start to finish, Customer Engineers (CEs) will unbox, set up equipment, install software, configure the system, and ensure all components are operating correctly.
CEs provide onsite one-on-one training that includes operation, configuration, operator maintenance, as well as productivity and quality tips. CEs are also available over the phone by contacting 815-568-4115.
